As recently read in daily, Credit Card users should be very careful when they are dealt by the Customer Care executive of the Credit Card Provider. All the calls received by them are controlled by voice mail system.
 
if you are pronouncing the Credit Card number, it is an approval for the transaction they are intended to do. For example, Insurance Policy through Credit Card, serice provider will add upon the person as they like.
 
Amount will be debited to your account immediately, if you are going for the cancellation of the transaction what they have made, it will be done at the cost of Interest for the period along with service tax till the cancellation of the transaction by the financial institution.
 
thats why using of Credit Card should be atmost with due care.
