NHIT’s 8th branch in Karaikudi…
23 September 2008NHIT proudly announces the opening of its 8th branch at Karaikudi on Thursday, the 25th day of September, 2008.
Karaikudi the biggest city in the Sivanganga district. Known as the capital of Chettinad because of the predominance of the “Nattu Kottai Chettiar” who have from here ventured far and wide to set up their business even at the turn of 20th century.
Karaikudi is also home for two famous institutions, Alagappa University, CECRI (Central Electro Chemical Research Institute).
Karaikudi is 80 Km away from Madurai. One of the country’s well known magazine recently came out with a surprising news wherein it was mentioned that the Chettinad was one among the top 5 fast growing vacation spots of India. Hence, Karaikudi will provide relaxing and enjoyable time to tourists who will cherish the memories for long.
